Healing

After

Disaster.

A safe haven for kids and teens impacted by natural disasters.

Hey You,

When storms, floods, fires, or other disasters turn your world upside down, it's normal to feel scared, confused, or overwhelmed. That's completely normal.

It is okay to not feel okay.

This is your safe space. Here, you'll find meditations made just for young people like you and activities that actually help when you're feeling overwhelmed. You're not alone in this, even when it feels like you are.

You're stronger than you know, and it's okay to take this one day at a time (even one hour at a time). We're here when you need us.
